My courses are complete, why am I still paying?

We do not automatically cancel subscriptions for you. You will need to cancel your billing yourself in your Account.
To cancel your subscription and withdraw your student, log in to your parent account at app.enrollsy.com/r/6ENjPVpAC and expand your student's courses.
If you have forgotten your password, please click "Forgot Password" and complete the steps to gain access to your account.
Click "Need to cancel? Click here," on all of the active courses. When there are no more courses active, your student will be removed from the program and your subscription will be canceled. Billing will be terminated. You may confirm this in your account.
If you have withdrawn from your cover school, that does not mean you have withdrawn from your curriculum option. You will need to ask your current school what to do if you are needing transcripts.
