We understand managing subscriptions can be tricky. While we can't cancel subscriptions for you, we're happy to guide you through the process. Please cancel your billing in your account.
To access your account, simply click the Amilia icon in your parent dashboard.
Or go to www.amilia.com
Log in to your Amilia account.
If you've forgotten your password, just click the "forgot password" option.
Once in Amilia, click "Purchases".
Find the student whose subscription you want to cancel, then click "Cancel Subscription".
A box will appear to confirm your choice—just click the red "Request to terminate subscription" button.
You'll then see a notice with the cancellation date.
You will also receive a notification in the menu on the right under “Communication,” and you can click to view the notification.
