Payments for HomeLife Learning programs are withdrawn on an automatic monthly subscription or automatic annual subscription. Declined payments may result in loss of access to courses and must be paid in full to restore students’ access. Partial monthly payments are not accepted.


If you miss a payment, you will be notified, and you will need to log onto your Parent Account to make a manual payment. Feel free to leave us a chat message to let us know if you have made the payment. This feature is available 24/7 for your convenience. Once we see the payment has been made, we will re-enable your student's access.
