How do I pay my invoice or a declined payment?

HomeLife Learning payments are made via auto-pay, with a monthly or annual subscription. If payment is declined, course access is paused until full payment is received. Partial payments are not accepted; thank you for your understanding.


If you miss a payment, you will receive a friendly text reminder and can log in to your Parent Account using the Amilia icon in your Parent Dashboard. If needed, use the “forgot password” option. Once logged in, go to “Billing” and click the blue “Make Payment” button to clear your balance. You can also check the communication section for notifications. After payment, let us know so we can quickly restore course access. Feel free to leave us a chat message.
