Refund Policy:

Parents MUST cancel their HomeLife Learning subscription to avoid automatic billing charges being withdrawn for months when their student isn't using our online programs. Refunds will not be issued due to lack of Parent cancelation.

We as a team do not cancel for a family unless there are extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, fire, medical emergency, death, or other serious situations that can not be helped. It is the family's responsibility to make sure that they have canceled their subscription in a timely manner.


For NEW enrollments, refunds will only be issued up to 5 business days after your requested start date.
