My subscription payment failed, and my students' courses are locked; what should I do?

I received a notice of declined payment text/email/invoice; what do I do?

Simply go to your parent dashboard and click the Amilia icon. Log in. If you cannot remember your password, click “Forgot password?” and follow the prompts. Next, click Billing. Click Make Payment, select your invoice with the outstanding amount, and submit your payment. Once completed, your balance will be updated to zero. You’ll find a notification in the Communication section to view a payment made notice. After you’ve made your payment, please let us know. We’ll restore access to your courses as soon as possible during regular business hours.
