My subscription payment failed, and my students' courses are locked; what should I do?

Go to https://homelifelearning.com/, click on Resources, and in the drop-down menu, click Account Login. Sign in with the email and password you used when you started your family's HLL account. If you can not remember your password, please click on Forgot Password and follow the steps to reset it. Once logged in, you can update your card information if necessary. You must make a manual payment. Don't hesitate to contact us if your student's courses are not automatically turned back on by the end of the next business day. We are here to help. If you would like more help with unlocking courses or turning courses back on, you will need a member of our Admin Team to help you, and you should ask for an Admin Team Member on chat.
