I made a manual payment, but my student is still locked out of their courses. What should I do?

Thank you for making a payment. We try to unlock those courses quickly during regular business hours. Don't hesitate to contact us if your student’s courses are not unlocked by the end of the following business day from when payment was made. Ask for an Admin Team Member on our website chat, email us at [email protected], or call us at 855-455-2016 for additional help.
