How to locate your student's custom Google-based email address

When you paid your first enrollment payment with us, you were immediately emailed a confirmation with important information in it for you. It includes the information you will need to get your students and parent launchpads set up. Please check your SPAM folder, contact our chat if it is not in your inbox of the email you used to enroll.
In this email is provided your student's HomeLife Learning Google-linked email address to access the launchpad. Student email addresses will be added to your parent account within five business days of enrolling with HomeLife Learning.
To access your student's new email address, follow the steps below.
1. Sign into your HomeLife Learning parent account.
2. Click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.
3. Go to My Account.
4. Click your student's name.
Your student's email address (which is used as the login username) will be listed in the bottom right under "Student Email Address." If this field is empty, keep checking back up to five business days from the time of enrollment. If it has been five business days and you do not see an email address listed in this field, please contact support at [email protected], or put in a ticket on our live chat for someone to contact you.
HomeLife Learning email addresses follow a standard format.
[email protected] with F being first initial, LAST being last name, and XXXX being 4-digit birth year.
Example: John Smith born 2003 - [email protected]
The default password to @homelifelearning.com email addresses, as well as any dashboard items, for all students is: P@ssword123
