I'm getting "Access Denied" or "Account not connected" when trying to Sign in with Google or Microsoft. Why?


If you are not taken to a screen where you can enter the student’s email address and password, it is because your browser is trying to auto-login with a different Google account. Here are some ways to troubleshoot this issue.


When clicking the Sign In With Google button in ClassLink, Google is signing in with an active Google account, a personal account that does not have access to ClassLink. Make sure to log out of Google. You may go to https://accounts.google.com/Logout to log out of Google. Then go back to your ClassLink login page to log back in. This time, you will be prompted to input your school-issued Google username and password.


When you visit launchpad.classlink.com/homelife make sure to click Sign in with Google.
