Login Issues: Classlink Launchpad Dashboard

Make sure you are using HomeLife Learning's specific ClassLink URL - launchpad.classlink.com/homelife - you can access this by going to www.homelifelearning.com and clicking the Login banner, or going to "Login" under Resources.
Your student has been provided with a Google-linked email address so that you can click Sign in with Google at the link above, and you can enter their email address. This (@homelifelearning.com) email address is located in the confirmation of subscription that was sent to your inbox upon registration with HomeLife Learning.
If you are not taken to a screen where you can type in an email address, then it means your browser is signed into a different Google account. You will need to go to https://accounts.google.com/Logout to log out of Google. Then go back to your ClassLink login page (the link above) to log back in.
