How soon can I start classes?

Your students’ dashboard may be available between three and five business days. You will receive your login information via email in an email titled “COS (Confirmation of Subscription)” once your initial payment is processed, typically within minutes.

Please check your email for your confirmation, which will contain detailed information, including your logins. (Occasionally, it may be placed in the Spam folder; please check there as well.) It also provides important information for parents or guardians who will be monitoring or grading student work.

Once your students’ courses are in Active status, you will receive a text message from our subscription specialist informing you that your courses are ready. At this point, your monthly payments will commence being withdrawn on schedule. We encourage you to explore the student dashboard while you await the loading of your courses.
